By accessing or using the Cincta website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Cincta reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take great care to present our jewelry accurately. However, colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your display settings. Each piece is handcrafted and may carry minor variations that are inherent to artisanal work — these are not defects, but signatures of authenticity.

Cincta reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit availability of any product without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cincta reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Cincta does not store your payment details.

In the event of a payment failure or dispute, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination and are estimates only — Cincta is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Cincta is not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Cincta piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized pieces
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Sale or final-sale items, unless defective

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sancta.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cincta website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, design elements, and 3D models — is the exclusive property of Cincta and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without express written permission from Cincta.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cincta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
